We all know that HR isn’t a safe space (sorry HR!). And your parent? They aren’t really connected to what’s shifted in the quickly evolving business landscape. That’s Ok. You’ve found the right place now.

The Emerging Leader Experience provides coaching and peer support so you are never alone. Whether you are managing a team, or aspire to, the Energing Leader Experience will be there with you every step of your leadership journey.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO DEVELOP LEADERSHIP?

Leadership isn’t something that you can learn in a weekend or at a conference. This is something that is going to take effort and reflection and will challenge you at every level. The Emerging Leader Experience is your community to develop the skills needed and insights gained so you too can show up like a leader for others and for yourself. 

YOUR MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE.

As a member, you have access to up to 6 hours of group coaching a month! 

Each community is carefully crafted to bring together like-minded peers who will learn from each other and help each other. Cohorts are limited to 15 participants to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate and feel comfortable sharing.

Plus, we keep everything virtual because travel time just doesn't fit into your already busy schedule.

Monthly Discussions

Our monthly 2-hour sessions provide the opportunity to dive deep and explore leadership. Each quarter we will focus on a different aspect of Self-Leadership, introducing models, tools and resources. Our flexible curriculum allows new content to be shared, while focusing on the cohort's needs and adapting to their challenges.

Weekly Office Hours
