What Does it Take to Develop Leadership?

Leadership isn’t something your team can master in a single workshop or conference. It takes continuous effort, reflection, and real-world practice.

The Emerging Leader Experience leverages our Coaching First Approach and gives your team the development they need. Through expert coaching and a supportive peer community, they’ll gain the skills, confidence, and insights to lead effectively—both for themselves and for others. 

Their Membership Experience

As a member, your team has access to up to 6 hours of group coaching a month! 

Each community is carefully crafted to bring together like-minded peers who will learn from each other and help each other. Cohorts are limited to 15 participants to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate and feel comfortable sharing.

Plus, we keep everything virtual because travel time just doesn't fit into your already busy schedule.

Monthly Discussions

Our monthly 2-hour sessions provide the opportunity to dive deep and explore leadership. Each session we will focus on a different skills, introducing models, tools and resources. Our flexible curriculum allows new content to be shared, while focusing on the cohort's needs and adapting to their challenges.

Complete assignments to practice, reflect, and internalize your insights. Our short assessments, reflection questions and activities will give you the opportunity to start applying more leadership immediatly.

Weekly Office Hours

 

Participate in virtual weekly office hours to provide guidance and share experiences. Bring your current challenges, review assignments and participate in group coaching.
